Colleen was so welcoming and helpful, her above and beyond customer service was the reason why chose west creek over public storage and little egg storage which are in the same area

I’ve been using this storage facility for my business for years, and let me tell you, it’s been nothing short of amazing! The location is absolutely perfect, and accessing your unit is a breeze—no traffic jams, no clusters, just smooth sailing all the way!The staff and upper management? They’re phenomenal! Seriously, they’re incredible to work with. Plus, I’ve had the awesome opportunity to meet other entrepreneurs and business owners there, and I’ve made so many great friends! And let’s talk about security—the staff is always on the move, keeping an eye on everything. Your personal items could not be safer or more secure!Thank you guys for everything!

I would Not recommend this facility no matter how long you're leaving your items there or have left them there they will up and Auction them off with NO kind of notification of any sorts. I used them a second time and was in contact with the manager and told her I was in a situation the Friday prior to the Auction of my belongings and NEVER did she mention that an Auction would be taking place and that I needed to do Anything! I had 6digits worth of property in there and she Knew what my unit entailed and I only found out by calling her the Monday after the Auction on Wednesday and offered me NO Solution other than I didn't have the time to tell you

Vicky, who answered the phone at West Creek Storage saved my life. After several encounters with other storage units, she let me know of both a 5x10 unit available, and mentioned that an occupant of a 10x10 was leaving shortly and I could possibly upgrade. After having a terrible tragedy at my home, one that forced us to leave, West Creek Self Storage came as a saving grace.More than just the average convenient service from West Creek Self Storage. Vicky and Colleen both really know how to take care of their customers. So glad I went with this place!Thank you Vicky & Colleen
